We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Currently, orders on the National Stained Glass website are restricted to Canada and its Territories. However, we gladly serve areas outside this region. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The cost of shipping is not included in any of the prices unless expressly indicated. All shipping and delivery charges are to be paid by the customer, FOB our warehouse in Dartmouth, NS. Typically, shipping charges are based on size, weight and distance traveled. We currently ship through Canada Post, FedEx and LTL freight.
We are an experienced importer, exporter and shipper. We have significant experience packing and shipping glass and supplies and can be counted on to use the most efficient and cost effective shipping method available. Most postal and FedEx orders are often shipped same day. Pickup orders can be available same day or within 24 hours, depending on the size of the order. Larger freight orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hrs - depending on the size of the order and availability of the freight carrier.
